What the source record says
Ten buildings totalling 3.9 million sq ft on land adjacent to Hunting Hawk Golf Club off Ashland Road, on the Hanover-Henrico line near western Henrico's Wyndham neighborhood. Sources give 400 acres of data center development within a 468-acre rezoning request, with three electrical substations and no on-site generation or wastewater plant. HHHunt owns the land and had previously sought to build an over-55 community there; that plan collapsed after a 2019 court loss to Henrico County over a disputed connector road. The 900MW figure comes from a campus marketing flyer, per DCD.
