What the source record says
Hexa Builders received planning board approval on 8 January 2026 (memorialized 2 February 2026) for two warehouses of roughly 522,000 and 1.1 million sq ft at 3043 Black Horse Pike, with the larger building planned for eventual conversion to a data center. The data center use was never separately approved: Monroe Township adopted a township-wide ban on 22 April 2026 and the application was deemed incomplete in May 2026. No megawatt figure was ever published. Coordinates are a street-level geocode of Black Horse Pike in Williamstown; no parcel-level point is available.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
