What the source record says
Landing station for the Hawaiki trans-Pacific submarine cable (completed 2018), providing 43 terabits of carrier-neutral capacity via six fiber pairs to the US west coast, Australia, New Zealand and American Samoa. DRFortress has operated landing and colocation activities here under a long-term partnership with Hawaiki dating to 2016; 1547 Critical Systems Realty (which acquired DRFortress in 2025) lists a Kapolei facility ("HAII1", branded AlohaNAP-adjacent, ~10,200 sq ft expandable to 60,200 sq ft) that this record treats as the same site rather than a separate parcel, since both describe DRFortress/1547 colocation activity at the one cable landing station Hawaiki owns in Kapolei — flag for a human split if that assumption is wrong. In early 2026 the Honolulu City Council granted a Special Management Area Major Permit for an expansion project at this site to add landing capacity for Google's Taihei and Tabua cables plus BW Digital's own Hawaiki Nui cable. Coordinates are a Census TIGER-line geocode of the street address, not a confirmed parcel survey.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
