What the source record says

Proposed hyperscale campus roughly 21 miles northwest of Sterling, 8-10 miles from the Nebraska border, discussed as up to 2 GW on about 4,000 acres. A $15 billion figure was attributed to a speaker describing investment across the corridor between Sterling and the Nebraska border, so it is deliberately NOT recorded as this site's investment. Coordinates are the Sterling town centroid (approximate); the site itself is northwest of town and has no confirmed parcel.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
