What the source record says
Five two-story data center buildings across three campuses in Clifton and Covington townships along Route 380, on roughly 390 acres of Clifton Road properties plus a 144-acre parcel at Routes 611 and 380. The settlement raised the permitted height from 35 to 65 feet (80 feet with rooftop equipment), requires technology reducing backup generator counts, and commits the developer to abandon nuclear and cycle gas-fired generation on the southeast campus. landAcres omitted because the source gives parcel-by-parcel acreage rather than a campus total.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
