Global AI, a New York-based firm, bought a 438-acre former Kodak/Carestream property in unincorporated Weld County near Windsor in November 2025 and is developing a 41-acre data center on it. Phase 1 is stated at 27.5 MW with an ambition to reach 1 GW; no timeline for later phases has been shared. The company says it plans to operate the site alongside Nvidia and Humain. Coordinates are approximate (former Kodak campus, Eastman Park Drive area), not parcel-confirmed.
