What the source record says
Proposed between the towns of Davis and Thomas, Tucker County. Reported acreage varies by source and is not recorded as a structured field: a 2024 purchase-and-sale agreement covered approximately 290 acres, other reporting describes a '500-acre' data center and power plant, a Country Roads News report describes a roughly 300-acre site, and West Virginia Highlands Conservancy describes 'potentially thousands of acres' for the full buildout -- these are not reconciled here. See the co-located power_generation record (facility id fundamental-data-ridgeline-power-plant-tucker-county-wv) for the natural-gas plant that would exclusively serve this data center. No public capacity, investment, or job figures for the data center building itself (as distinct from the power plant) were found in this research pass (2026-09-10).
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
