What the source record says
HIPAA/HITRUST/PCI-DSS certified facility per web search corroboration; distinct from South Valley/West Jordan site. Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. Lindon City's audited FY2024-25 financial statements name exactly one active RDA tax-increment project area ("700 N CDA") and, under the required GASB 77 tax-abatement disclosure, exactly one RDA abatement agreement citywide (Doug Smith Autoplex/KIA in the "RDA #3" project area near Lindon Park Drive) — neither covers 333 South 520 West. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
