What the source record says
249,000 sq ft on 17 acres on Compark Boulevard near South Chambers Road. The town of Parker approved rezoning and a data center overlay district in February 2024 after a January 2024 planning-commission approval. A $19.3 million Douglas County business-personal-property tax rebate over 35 years was scheduled for a commissioner vote the week of 2026-08-11; it is not recorded here as a subsidy because the award had not been made as of the source date. County estimate of 16 permanent positions; company representatives suggested 30-50. Coordinates are an approximate Compark Boulevard geocode, not parcel-confirmed. Distinct from Flexential's existing Aurora, Centennial, Downtown and Englewood Denver-market sites.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
