Fourth and largest Flexential North Texas campus; phase 1 is a 375,000 sq ft, 36MW building with room for two more 36MW buildings (108MW full build-out). Site work targeted early 2027; first customers late 2028. Distinct site from Flexential's existing Dallas Downtown/Plano/Richardson facilities already tracked.
