Subsidies checked at the municipal tier (2026-09-08): no site-level subsidy found. Draper City's Community Reinvestment Agency's FY2025-26 adopted budget itemizes six active project areas (West Freeway, Sand Hills, Crescent, East Bangerter, Frontrunner, South Mountain) with no line item for this site; the FY2022 audited financial statements (the most recent located) name only three abatement recipients citywide (Utah Steakburgers, BG Vista/Draper Holdings, Pluralsight), none a data centre. Utah's EDTIF programme excludes data centres and the UCA 59-12-104 exemption is self-executing.
