Site is about three miles east-northeast of Lysite in unincorporated eastern Fremont County, near the Lost Cabin Gas Plant. The application documents label the project the "1 MW DC Site"; the DEQ analysis does not explain whether that designation is the anticipated electrical demand or another measure, so no capacity is recorded here.
