What the source record says
One of only four data centers certified for Wisconsin's qualified-data-center sales and use tax exemption (alongside Microsoft/Mount Pleasant, Degas LLC/Beaver Dam and Oracle America Cloud Services/Port Washington). Certification in a county over 100,000 population requires a plan to invest at least $150 million over five years; that threshold is NOT recorded as an investment figure because the certified plan amount is not published. Status is recorded as 'permitted' because state certification is the only sourced fact — I found no source establishing that the facility is built or operating, and a human reviewer should resolve the true build status before publication. No subsidy dollar amount is published. Coordinates are a campus-level locator for Epic's Milky Way address in Verona.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
