What the source record says
The 828 MW figure is the existing Calpine generating station's capacity, not the data center's IT load — no compute capacity has been published. The $5 billion is the announced site investment; the separately reported $90 billion figure is a statewide multi-company pledge and is not attributed here.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
