What the source record says
65,000 sq ft high-security colocation facility on 22 acres of the Lonesome Pine Regional Business & Technology Park, serving federal and state government agencies and commercial clients. Physical security includes K-rated, US Department of State certified anti-ram fencing, wedge barriers, a perimeter blast berm and 24/7 armed security; the facility holds HITRUST certification. Wise County reports it employs over 20 people and is the county's second-highest source of improved real estate tax revenue. In 2023 it installed what the county describes as Virginia's first commercial-scale solar field on previously coal-mined land, a 3.6MW array.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
