Downtown Lansing infill project on a 2.5-acre city parking lot at Cedar and Larch Street, developed by U.K.-based Deep Green. STATUS CONFLICT, resolved in favour of the later source: the Lansing State Journal source (2026-03) shows the planning commission recommending rezoning, but Gander Newsroom's continuously-updated Michigan tracker (retrieved 2026-09-09) lists the application as WITHDRAWN in April 2026, so status is recorded as 'cancelled'. A withdrawn application is not necessarily permanent abandonment and this should be re-checked before publishing. On the March position: as of the source, the planning commission had only RECOMMENDED rezoning to the city council; no council rezoning or site-plan approval is recorded. The buy-sell agreement gives the city a right to buy the land back if the project does not proceed within two years. No investment figure, job counts, or incentive agreement is stated in the source. Coordinates are the US Census geocoder's match for the Cedar St / N Larch St intersection named in the source; the parcel itself is not confirmed. Investment of $120 million and the 24 MW figure are both from the Gander tracker; the 24 MW also appears in the Lansing State Journal source.
