What the source record says

Distinct from the PowerHouse/Poe 'Carrollton Industrial Campus' already tracked in Carroll County: different developer, different site (a several-hundred-acre parcel on Sharon Road east of Ghent, near the Gallatin County line, versus 550 acres south of Carrollton near the Kentucky River). Deca projects roughly $40 million a year in local tax revenue by 2034 ($33M to Carroll County Schools, the balance to the county, library, health department and extension services). The project's own site describes phases 1–3 (site selection, evaluation, power) as complete and phase 4 (permitting/engagement) in progress. No capacity figure has been published. Construction-jobs figures differ slightly between sources (7,400 in the Carroll News-Democrat, 'more than 7,000' in Louisville Business First); the more specific figure is recorded. Coordinates are the Ghent city centroid and are approximate — the parcel has not been mapped publicly.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
