Locally owned, independent colocation facility founded 2015 ('We were founded in 2015 with a community-first mission: bring more fiber into Rutherford County'); never previously in the dataset -- Tennessee has not yet been reached by the automated rotation. Powered-shell page states '2 MW available' at 415V with up to 50kW/rack, Tier-3-ready. SUBSIDIES CONFIRMED ABSENT by the operator's own statement: 'Not one tax dollar and not one tax incentive has gone into Data Suites. We are privately built and debt-free' (mydatasuites.com/about/, retrieved 2026-09-13) -- an audited-style negative from the party with the least incentive to overstate self-funding. A third-party aggregator (baxtel.com, not cited as a source here) lists a differently-specified Murfreesboro 37129 facility ('Colo Reseller', built 2016, air-cooled, Middle Tennessee Electric) that could not be reconciled with this operator's own description and may be a distinct, separately-discoverable site; not included pending its own address confirmation.
