What the source record says
4,000 sq ft raised-floor, Tier III-design colocation facility: 1 MW, 16 kW max per rack, 2N standby power (two diesel generators) and 2N cooling, with SOC 2 Type II attestation and HIPAA, PCI DSS and NDAA compliance. Sibling of the already-tracked Data Holdings Milwaukee site (3135 W. Highland Ave.). ⚠️ Data Holdings publishes no street address, saying only that the facility is "on the south side of Eau Claire", so the coordinates are an approximate CITY-LEVEL point and are NOT the facility footprint — they should be corrected before the pin is treated as meaningful. Single-source, hence "reported".
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
