What the source record says
86,400 sq ft building with 25,800 sq ft of data hall in the Bon Carre Technology Park; seven on-site network providers. Built and run by Venyu before DartPoints acquired the company in May 2023. PeeringDB publishes the same coordinate for BTR1 and BTR2, so the pin here is the OpenStreetMap house-number match for 7127 Florida Blvd and is marked approximate.
