This record represents only CoreSite's leased footprint (35 suites since 2007) inside One Wilshire, a 30-story, 300+-tenant carrier-hotel building built in 1966. The building is owned by GI Partners' TechCore fund (a CalPERS-backed real-estate vehicle), not by CoreSite - GI Partners acquired it for $437.5M in 2013. No capacity (MW) disclosed by CoreSite for its LA1 suites; an aggregator-only ~32MW whole-building figure is not attributed to CoreSite and is omitted, consistent with this dataset's treatment of other multi-tenant carrier hotels (see the NY1/60 Hudson Street record). No AI/HPC-specific marketing found - generic high-density/connectivity language only. Distinct from CoreSite's LA2 (900 N. Alameda Street, a former mail facility). Coordinates are an approximate building geocode, not a parcel-confirmed point.
