What the source record says
Over 32,000 sq ft of data center space inside the 200 Paul Avenue carrier-hotel building (Seismic Zone 4 construction, N+1 UPS and diesel generators, 150+ W/sq ft density); SSAE16 SOC II, HIPAA, and PCI DSS. This is the SAME building as Digital Realty's SFO10, already in this dataset — Colocation America is a separate tenant/operator (acquired its space here in December 2008 per its own marketing materials, unconfirmed this session) leasing distinct floor space in the same carrier hotel, not a duplicate of the existing record.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.

This does not mean the row is wrong. It means DataCenterData has not promoted it through the independent evidence workflow.
