This is a source-attributed discovery row. It can help you find a place and its citations; it is not a DataCenterData finding that the facility is distinct or currently operating.

What the source record says
160,000 sq ft leased facility; tenant is CoreWeave, Inc. (public GPU/AI-cloud compute provider) -- every source frames this explicitly as an AI data center supporting AI computing operations. 14 MW is the existing/disclosed grid power supply; a planned on-site Bloom Energy fuel-cell/microgrid buildout was targeted for Q3 2025 commissioning but its MW capacity is not disclosed in any source found and is omitted (a distinct figure from the 14 MW grid supply, not additive to it here). Acreage (~50 acres) and the exact street address/postal code are corroborated only via a single aggregator/cached-search path (a direct Data Center Dynamics fetch on the site's HSBC/Capital One former-tenant history returned 403 both attempts) -- flagged as single-path, not independently cross-verified; treat address/acreage as approximate. Former site occupant: HSBC (built ~2007), later Capital One (acquired HSBC's US card operations, 2012), vacant and auctioned ~2023 before Chirisa's redevelopment. No SEC filing or Bloom Energy investor press release could be located this session to corroborate; neither is cited as a source. Investment and jobs figures are not disclosed anywhere and are omitted.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
