Very preliminary — a sewer and water study is underway, no site plans or applications filed, land not yet purchased. Cambrin LLC is a Delaware entity; DNR filings share a contact name and email with Degas LLC, the entity Meta used for Beaver Dam, but Meta has not confirmed involvement, so the operator is recorded as Cambrin only.
