What the source record says
Six data center buildings with substations proposed on 1,063.9 acres along U.S. 27/29 near Interstate 85, spanning unincorporated Coweta County and Moreland. The applicant is represented by Steven Jones of the McKagen Jones Law Firm; the original 2015 industrial-park developer was listed as P&L Bridgeport 1 and P&L Bridgeport 2, and current control of the data center proposal is not publicly stated, so no operator is asserted. The reported campus valuation is a $3-5 billion range and is therefore not recorded as a single investment figure. Coordinates are approximate to Moreland.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
