What the source record says
Six structures totalling nearly 1.1 million sq ft, each up to 130 feet tall, on 131 acres on the south side of Breaker Street between Hill Street and the Casey Highway. The developer, a West Conshohocken firm, has separately proposed a 487,000 sq ft data center near Sunnyside Road and Alberigi Drive in Jessup — a different parcel, not recorded here. Distinct from the tracked Triboro Industrial Park record (different developer and parcel in the same borough).
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
Status history supplied by the source

Zoning appeal denied in a written decision; the switchyard/substation fell in residentially zoned land north of Breaker Street and did not qualify as a public utility facility or accessory use. Developer may appeal to county court.
