What the source record says
Carrier-focused colocation data center in Bettendorf, acquired by Bluebird Network from ColoHub. Bluebird's own page describes three diverse utility feeds, three backup generators with 12,000-gallon diesel tanks, a dual UPS system, SOC 2 Type II certification, over 60 percent green energy, and biometric access control with 24/7 monitoring. Total square footage and MW capacity are quoted inconsistently across third-party directories (4 MW and 6 MW both appear, alongside 53,000 and 57,000 sq ft) and are NOT recorded here, because no fetched page states them. One of the small number of existing Quad Cities data centers, alongside the proposed Meta Davenport campus.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
