What the source record says
108,000 sq ft, 40 MW data center proposed in an existing two-story building off the ring road behind the main Bell Works building, under a 2012 redevelopment agreement that explicitly lists data centers as a permitted use. Coordinates are the mapped Bell Works main building; the proposed data center building sits elsewhere on the same campus, hence 'approximate'.
