What the source record says

Three-phase proposal: Phase 1 would convert a former Kmart on the south side of Raton into a data center drawing up to 5 MW, with later phases at a nearby power station and the city airport over roughly five years, totalling up to 50 MW. Nothing is approved — the feasibility study period ran to early August 2026 and the City Commission must still authorize any development. Atterix was incorporated in Colorado in December 2025.

Capacity is not ranked or totaled here.

Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.

Status history supplied by the source
