Up to 500,000 sq ft across six one-story buildings, south of 150th Street West and east of Acorn Trail, north of the Daikin plant. Land acquired 2024; no formal application yet submitted to the city as of the source date. Project on hold pending redo of the city's environmental review after a June 2026 Minnesota Court of Appeals ruling found it non-compliant.
