A 565,000 sq ft data center building plus a 200,000 sq ft cooling and facility-management building on the 47-acre former Cheswick Generating Station site in Springdale Borough. Allegheny DC Property Co., LLC is owned by investment firm Davidson Kempner. The proposal states the facility would be used largely for AI development.
