Project ended. The Upper Macungie Township Zoning Hearing Board rejected Air Products' request to establish a data center on the 194-acre former headquarters property in a decision issued July 2026 (after a May 27, 2026 hearing). Air Products let the August 5, 2026 appeal deadline pass without appealing; spokesman Art George confirmed 'Air Products has decided not to pursue an appeal of the Upper Macungie Township Zoning Board decision.' No decision has been made on future ownership or use of the property.
