What the source record says
Proposed at the Harless Industrial Park near the Mingo-Logan county line, in Holden, Logan County, to be powered exclusively by the co-located off-grid natural-gas plant (facility id adams-fork-harless-power-plant-logan-county-wv, WV DEP permit R13-3715, approved October 2, 2025). No data-center-specific capacity, investment, or job figures distinct from the power plant were found in this research pass (2026-09-10); reporting describes the plant and data center as a single 'energy campus' without separately quantifying the data center building. Part of TransGas's larger 'Adams Fork Energy' project alongside a proposed large natural-gas ammonia plant. Confidence set to 'reported' rather than 'confirmed' (maintainer adjudication 2026-09-10): the WV DEP permit numbers and their 2025-10-02 approval are reported consistently by two independent organisations, but the permit documents themselves could not be retrieved this pass (both dep.wv.gov URLs 404'd), so the sourcing is advocacy-group reporting rather than the primary record. Upgrade to 'confirmed' once R13-3714 / R13-3715 are pulled from WV DEP directly.
Any MW value is reproduced as source-reported context. Its measurement boundary is not established consistently enough for comparison. Unknown is not zero.
