Major carrier-neutral carrier hotel and colocation building in downtown Newark: 1.2M sq ft, 14-story former Bamberger's department store (built 1912-1929) converted to telecom use starting 1996 (retrofit initiated by Samuel Jemal). Over 360,000 sq ft of active colocation space plus roughly 110,000 sq ft available; six meet-me rooms totaling 240,000+ sq ft; 60+ networks with no MRC cross-connect fees; a landing point for the Apollo transatlantic submarine cable system. 80 MW power capacity confirmed independently by both Baxtel and the operator's own site.
